TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION

December 1st - December 31st During the PRE season the Technical Support Center is open Monday through Friday from 11AM - 5PM EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
January 2nd -

During the PEAK tax season the Technical Support Center is open Monday through Friday from 10AM - 11PM EST, Saturday 10AM - 5PM EST, and Sunday 12PM - 7PM EST.
March 1st -
April 15th
During the MID season the Technical Support Center is open Monday through Thursday from 11AM - 9PM EST, Friday from 11AM - 7PM EST, and Saturday 12PM - 5PM EST. We are closed Sunday.
April 16th -
November 30th
During the OFF season the Technical Support Center is open Monday through Friday from 11AM - 5PM EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
By Appointment Special arrangements can be made to receive technical support outside of these hours.
